Vide order dated 4.12.2015 petitioner was granted interim bail by directing him to join investigation.

It is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 4.12.2015 petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 4.12.2015 is made absolute.
