Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is working as PRT/JBT at Government Girls Primary School Dussain, Pundri Kaithal, is entitled for transfer from District Kaithal to District Sonipat on medical grounds. It is submitted that petitioner has suffered severe kidney problem. Both his kidneys are damaged and as per applicable Policy, he is entitled for transfer. In this respect, representation dated 17.03.2020 (Annexure P4) has been submitted but to no avail.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts the prayer for a decision on representation dated 17.03.2020 (Annexure P4), submitted by the petitioners, in a time bound manner.

Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority, to decide representation dated 17.03.2020 (Annexure P4), by passing a speaking order, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
