(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 58 dated 16.10.2017, registered under Section 420 IPC and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 at Police Station Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
