-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.81 dated 11.4.2022 registered under Sections 458, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dhuri District Sangrur.

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order dated 23.5.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh has submitted that the recovery of weapon used in commission of crime has been GAURAV SOROT 2022.09.01 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

( 2 ) CRM-M-22391-2022 effected and the petitioner who has joined investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the fact that the recovery has already been effected and the petitioner has joined investigation with the police, no purpose is going to be served if the petitioner is subjected to custodial interrogation. Thus without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is allowed and order dated 23.5.2022 is hereby made absolute.
