This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 529 dated 27.10.2016 under sections 420 & 506 IPC at Police Station Safidon, District Jind. .

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that an amount of `81.00 lacs has been paid to the complainant. Admittedly, petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that petitioner shall join then investigation as and when called upon by the investigating agency. In view of offences in the FIR, case is triable by Magistrate, order dated November 17, 2016 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
