Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.115 dated 07.03.2026, under Sections 110, 115, 190, 191(2), 296, 351(3) of the BNS (Section 117(2) added later on), registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. 2.

Vide order dated 06.04.2026, the petitioners were directed to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and as such their interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for further investigation.
