Mr. Ravinder Malik, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Pardeep Sharma, AAG, Haryana for respondent-State. Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) In compliance with orders dated 14.12.2016, petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs 20,000/- with the office of District Forest Officer, Yamuna Nagar and has placed on record photostat copy of the documents to this effect.

The allegations against petitioner Prince Kumar @ Prince Huda in this anticipatory bail are that on 26.2.2016, the petitioner along with his co-accused had cut down trees from forest land during the Jat agitation. The contentions of the counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner has already deposited the damage caused to the public property in consequence of orders of this Court and nothing is to be recovered. Though the bail is sought to be opposed by the learned State counsel on the fact that the petitioner has vandalized the public property. Criminal Misc. No. M-40959 of 2016 -2interrogation is not necessitated as he has already made good the monetary loss, the present petition is allowed. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of arresting/investigating officer till submission of report under section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). The petitioner shall, however, join the investigation as and when called for and shall also abide by the conditions specified under section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
