NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the investigating agency had presented the cancellation report, which has been accepted by the learned Area Judicial Magistrate and, as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Rabh Singh of Police Station, Kotwali, Nabha, has not controverted the above statement.
