*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from S.I Shiv Kumar from Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar. He states that the petitioner has surrendered his Passport and has produced the relevant record which has been taken into possession by the police, therefore, he is not required by the police for custodial interrogation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 27.10.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
