******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.58 dated 11.02.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Des Raj, submits that submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 27.10.2017.
