By this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to the court of the JMIC, Ludhiana, to expedite the proceedings in the complaint titled as Mohinder Singh vs. Amandeep kaur, along with case FIR no.43, dated 8.3.2017, registered at Police Station Dehlon, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420/406/120-B of the IPC, and to decide both the cases in a time bound manner, as she is not able to get the 'police clearance certificate'.

Pursuant to the order of this court dated 5.7.2021, the report of the JMIC, Ludhiana, dated 13.7.2021, has been received.
