RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing impugned order dated 08.02.2007 (Annexure P-1) of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender in case FIR No.809 dated 24.12.2005 registered under Section 457, 380 IPC at Police Station NIT, Faridabad. Heard.

Since the petitioner has joined investigation in compliance of order dated 01.02.2018, therefore, instant petition has rendered infructuous. Thus, same is dismissed as such relegating the petitioner to raise all the pleas, which he has raised in this petition, before the trial Court for quashing order dated 08.02.2017, whereby he was declared proclaimed offender.
