(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents so as to protect life and liberty of petitioner and to submit final investigation report in FIR No.0018 dated 30.01.2018 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC 1860 registered at Police Station SAS Nagar Phase-1, Mohali.

In the present case, the final investigation report pertaining to FIR No.0018 dated 30.01.2018 already stands filed with the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court and as such the said prayer does not survive. As regards the prayer made in the petition for protection of life and liberty, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach S.S.P., SAS Nagar, Mohali, in case, any need arises.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
