There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the complainant states that since the matter has been settled between the parties, he does not oppose the request of grant of pre arrest bail to the petitioner.

CRM-M No. 40154 of 2017 states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 13.3.2018 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
