Mr. Yashveer Kharb, Advocate for Mr. Anupam Gupta for respondent no.2 *** Learned counsel for the complainant-respondent no. 2 has informed that petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act has since been filed in the Court and statements of both the parties have been recorded in 1st motion and that petition has been adjourned to some date in the month of December for recording statement of petitioner in the 2nd motion.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the complainant states that since the matter has been settled between the parties, he does not oppose the request of grant of pre arrest bail to the petitioner.

CRM-M No. 40154 of 2017 states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties, the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 13.3.2018 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
