****** AMARJOT BHATTI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel representing the State pointed out that the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing directions to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner as well as his family members from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6 has become infructuous as the present case bearing FIR No.146 dated 08.06.2018 under Sections 376/120-B IPC and 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act 2012, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur has been finally decided by the trial Court.

As per the information received by him from Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur Lakhwinder Singh has been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide judgment date 09.09.2021 whereas accused Nirmal Singh @ Nimma Singh and Jeet Singh have been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide judgment dated 02.02.2023. In view of the aforesaid factual position, the present petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
