The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-12263-2025, whereby, respondent was directed to decide the representation dated 28.09.2025 filed by the petitioners. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet S. Joshi, Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of State and contends that in compliance of order dated 17.11.2025, order dated 10.12.2025 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners and also taken on record.

A perusal of order dated 10.12.2025 shows that order dated 17.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRWP-12263-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 6.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
