State of Punjab and another ...... Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE AJAY TEWARI *** Present :

Mr. C.L. Pawar, Advocate for the petitioner.

*** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 02.07.2011 whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press this petition on merits but liberty may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and move an application for regular bail and a direction may be issued to the Court to decide the said application expeditiously.

I find this to be a fair request. Let the petitioner surrender before the trial Court on 04.12.2015 and move an application for regular bail which shall be decided expeditiously by the Court but in any case within 2 days on merits. CRM-M-40104-2015(O&M) -2that in case the petitioner does not surrender before the Court in the aforesaid manner the present petition would be deemed to have been dismissed.

Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. ( AJAY TEWARI ) November 30, 2015 JUDGE sunita SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.12.01 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh
