(Oral) Although, the petition has been filed by one Shaheed Bhagat Singh Truck Welfare Association, but the learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset limits his prayer to protection of life and liberty of the President of the said association namely Kultar Singh, through whom the petition has been filed.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the merits of the assertions made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, District Moga, to get the representation dated 17.04.2023 (Annexure P-4) examined qua the limited extent of the alleged threat perception of President-Kultar Singh in MOHAN SINGH 2023.05.01 15:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
