(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent No.5. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated nil (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.3 be directed to look into the representation dated nil (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
