**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No. 69 dated 10.4.2015 registered under Sections 489-A/489-B/489-C IPC, at Police Station Rajpura City, District Patiala.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. However, he submits that learned trial court may be directed to expedite the trial.

The abovesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner has been found genuine and is hereby accepted. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and ensure its conclusion at an early date.
