(ORAL) As per the Report received from the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, the parties have amicably settled their dispute in this case. The Settlement/Agreement, entered into between the petitioner and respondent No.7, has also been annexed with the Report. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.7 also acknowledge the factum of the said Settlement/Agreement having been arrived at between the parties and they also undertake on behalf of their respective clients that they (petitioner and respondent No.7) adhere to/abide by the terms and conditions as agreed in the same and they pray that the instant petition be disposed of accordingly.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same.
