Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Hardeep Singh, Police Station, Sherpur, District Sangrur, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2014 the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more further required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
