(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the orders dated 13.08.2004, 23.08.2004, 28.09.2004, 24.03.2005, 31.10.2006 and 14.10.2022 (Annexures P-6, P-7, P-8, P-9, P-10 and P-11 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition as the matter has been settled between the parties.
