Petitioners - Narender @ Kala, Arya @ Ritesh, Kulbir @ Sanju and Daya Ram, have filed the instant petition for quashing of FIR No.34 dated 03.02.2021 under Sections 148, 149, 341, 395, 397, 506, 120B of IPC registered at Police Station IMT, Manesar, Gurugram, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 22.03.2021 (Annexure P-2).

No one was present on the previous date of hearing i.e. 04.11.2024 and same is the position today also. 3.

Learned DAG, Haryana, informs that there are total five accused in the present FIR and out of them only four have filed the instant petition.

Therefore, prayer made in the present petition cannot be accepted in law as per observation made by Division Bench of this Court in CRM-M-48043-2023 titled as Rakesh Das vs. State of Haryana, 2024 NCPHHC 147654 Law Finder Doc Id #2663704.

Accordingly, present peitition is dismissed.
