At this stage, Mr. Gauravdeep Singh Dhaliwal, AAG, Punjab has appeared pursuant to advance copy of petition having been served upon State of Punjab. Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Partap Singh, has informed that investigation already stands concluded and a cancellation report had been prepared.
