(Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to some independent agency i.e. CBI or CIA for further investigation of case FIR No.550 dated 23.09.2015, registered under Sections 354 IPC, Police Station DLF PhaseII, Gurgaon, District Gurgaon as the local police has not investigated the matter properly.

Learned State counsel has informed that cancellation report has been presented on 13.08.2016 in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate and notice has been given to the complainant for 07.09.2016. In this view of the matter, at this stage, no directions are required to be given and the present petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
