       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.33 dated 10.03.2022, registered at Police Station Anaj Mandi, District Patiala, under Sections 409 and 420 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case; that the petitioner being an employee of GSA Industries, was provided with one mobile having SIM No.9781526084; that OTP (one time password) used to be received on the mobile of the petitioner; that however, the petitioner had no knowledge regarding three fraudulent transactions made by the Company from 21.02.2022 to 23.02.2022, vide which an amount of Rs.8,94,222/- were withdrawn, from the account of the complainant and that the amount which was withdrawn fraudulently, has since been remitted in the account of the complainant, and that the message with regard to the debit of the amount, used to be received by the General Manager (Finance) of the Company. # accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State, and submits that in fact, the petitioner had made total nine transactions and he had also verified the OTPs received in his mobile.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As per the case of the prosecution, complainant-GSA Industries reported fraudulent withdrawal of money from its CC Account; that an inquiry was conducted into the matter and it was found that a total amount of Rs.8,94,222/- were withdrawn from CC Account of the complainant firm from 21.02.2022 to 23.02.2022 by using registered gmail ID ajverma.avonishpat @ gmail.com, with which mobile No.9781526084 was registered and the said mobile number belongs to the petitioner. There are serious allegations that the petitioner had made fraudulent withdrawal of money through mobile number, registered in his name.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence, this Court finds that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation to reveal as to in which capacity, his above said mobile number was used to withdraw money fraudulently.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
