**** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.154, dated 14.09.2012, under Section 135 of Electricity Act, 2003, registered at Police Station Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, Haryana. Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Kuldeep Singh as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 have submitted that only one prosecution witness remains to be examined and the trial is near conclusion. Keeping in view the above submissions, no ground for further interference by this Court is called for. Petitioner shall be at liberty to take up all the pleas available to him during trial, before the trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
