**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner though instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.218 dated 27.04.2022 registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), under Section 306 of IPC.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that police after completing investigation, has presented challan. Charges stand framed. The matter is at the stage of examination of prosecution witnesses. There are total 16 witnesses and 02 have already been examined, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if something survives.
