RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Angrej Singh in a case arising from FIR No.0018 dated 27.06.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kacha Pacca, District Tarn Taran. According to the prosecution, 1140 tablets of Alpam 0.5 were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner without any permit or licence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018.

In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to RAVINDER SINGH 2018.09.25 12:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of `2.00 lakh each, to the

-2CRM-M-41199 of 2018 satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
