**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 05.07.2021 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had granted interim bail to the peƟƟoner, which is conƟnuing for the last almost 02 years. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the peƟƟoner had joined the invesƟgaƟon. He further submits that he would have no objecƟon in case any stringent condiƟons this Court might put upon the peƟƟoner. 3.

State counsel submits that the peƟƟoner did not cooperate with the invesƟgaƟon.

Be that as it may, the State counsel did not file any applicaƟon to recall the interim order on this ground.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed and the interim order dated 05.07.2021 is made absolute, subject to the following condiƟon: (i) The peƟƟoner shall forward notarized affidavit to the invesƟgator by 15.05.2023 menƟoning the complete details of bank account numbers with addresses, fixed deposits, DEMAT account numbers, the current market value of jewelry, sovereign metals, all precious arƟcles, held either individually or jointly, and cash-in-hand .
