The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to search for the detenue namely Khushpreet Kaur, the daughter of the petitioner aged about 17 years and 07 months who is stated to be in illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 and 5.

In compliance to order dated 22.04.2025, the alleged detenue has come present in Court today and states that she wants to live with her father-the petitioner.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the alleged detenue, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with aforesaid observations.
