Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Ritu Kochhar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 174-A, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.414, dated 12.11.2014, registered at Police Station, Ambala City, District Ambala City, Haryana. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Karam Singh, Police Station, Ambala City, submits that in compliance of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for further interrogation in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
