The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 24.02.2026 whereby respondent No.2 has ordered to keep petitioner's daughter in Nari Niketan Trust, Jalandhar. 2.
Child Welfare Committee, Hoshiarpur vide order dated 04.02.2026 ordered to keep petitioner's minor daughter in Nari Niketan Trust, Jalandhar. Child was produced before Child Welfare Committee, Hoshiarpur under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection), Act, 2015. The petitioner preferred CRWP No.1871 of 2026 seeking release of her minor daughter namely Maina. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 13.01.2026 in view of the fact that minor girl has been kept in Nari Niketan Trust, Jalandhar.

On being confronted with order dated.03.2026 passed by this Court in CRWP No.1871 of 2026, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw with liberty to approach Child Welfare Committee, Hoshiarpur. 4.
Disposed of with aforesaid liberty. The Court is sanguine that competent authority would consider petitioner's claim in accordance with law.
