**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.72 dated 03.09.2013, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar.
Pursuant to order dated 18.01.2017, report of the trial Court has been received.
As per report sent by the trial Court, all the prosecution witnesses has since been examined. In case CRR No.253 of 2015, the operation of impugned order dated 25.11.2014 has been stayed by this Court whereby all the accused have been sought to be summoned in an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

CRM-M-41181-2016 -2The petitioner was arrested on 03.09.2013. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, SBS Nagar.
Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
