The instant petition under Section 482 BNSS (corresponding to Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.91 dated 19.06.2024, under Sections 3/13(1) and 8/13(3), 17 of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 411 IPC {corresponding to Section 317(2) of BNS} registered at Police Station Bichhore, District Nuh, Haryana. 2.

This Court vide order dated 08.04.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 08.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required NEETU RANI 2026.04.30 17:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC, CHD
