Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2014, the petitioner did appear before learned trial court and was admitted to ad-interim bail. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Karamjit Singh, Police Station, Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur, very fairly admits the above contention of learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to appear before learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
