(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.55 dated 15.03.2019, registered under Sections 452, 323, 427, 506 and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar, Punjab (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR on the basis of compromise dated 19.03.2019 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
