Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.129 dated 30.06.2023 registered under Sections 34, 389, 406, 420, 506 IPC at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioner. 2.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
