**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in her second attempt under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.0065 dated 18.03.2018 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. Earlier, CRM-M No.18998 of 2018 was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 27.02.2019. Thereafter, CRM Nos.23453, 23454 and 23460 of 2020 were filed in the main case i.e. CRM-M No.18998 of 2018. All the applications were taken up on 05.10.2021 and thereafter, vide order dated 12.10.2021, applications were dismissed. It appears that the petitioner is evading her arrest for one reason or the other.
