RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.2 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.14, dated 25.02.2023, under Sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala. It is also prayed to issue direction to respondent No.2 to decide and take action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2023, Annexure P-2. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 15.04.2023, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior MEENU 2023.04.29 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
