The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to get released or produce the detenu Balraj Singh son of Balwant Singh, who is stated to be in illegal custody of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

In compliance to order dated 03.04.2025 passed by this Court, report dated 04.04.2025 of the Warrant Officer has been placed on record. 3.

I have gone through the said report.

In view of the report so filed, no further order is required to be passed by this Court and therefore, the present petition stands disposed of.
