**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No. 4 not to pressurizing the petitioners for handing over the custody of their grandson, namely, Devansh, to respondent No. 5. The present petition has been filed by the grandparents of Devansh, who lost his father. Respondent No. 5 is the mother of Devansh. In compliance to the order dated 23.7.2020, learned State counsel has field reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Crime Against Women (CAW) Kaithal, District Kaithal which is taken on record.
