It was contended that non-appearance of the petitioner was bonafide.
Vide order dated 1.12.2015 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within four days, he would be released on interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and has been released on interim bail and he is ready to face trial.
