-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct a fair investigation in FIR No.28 dated 20.03.2020 registered under Sections 323, 376, 377, 506 IPC at Women Police Station, Kurukshetra.

Pursuant to notice issued to the respondents, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State on instructions from Inspector Sunita Rawat submits that the aforesaid FIR already stands cancelled. Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to him under law.
