State counsel objects to the bail on the ground that the quanƟty involved in the present case is commercial in nature and further in the month of March, the peƟƟoner was advised for medical rest for one month and period of one month is now over, as such, there is no ground to grant him interim bail at this belated stage. 3.

Given above, I am saƟsfied with the objecƟon of the State counsel as such, no case is made out for granƟng interim bail to the peƟƟoner and the present peƟƟon is dismissed. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
