*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) The matter pertains to the year 2018. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on 17.09.2019, case was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the petitioner for 21.11.2019. On 21.11.2019, on joint request, case was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Thereafter, case was adjourned by order from time to time. On 15.09.2023, when the case was taken up, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today, also none appears on behalf of the petitioner.
