The petitioner has been granted the concession of interim bail in this application for regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court. I do not find any ground to send the petitioner behind bars as he has apparently not misused his liberty in any manner.

The petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished, pursuant to the interim order passed by this court.
