(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for setting-aside the order dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, vide which the application for issuance of directions under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023, for registration of an FIR against respondents No.4 to 13 and their accomplices, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by filing a revision petition before the learned Sessions Court.
