(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.39 dated 02.02.2022, registered under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, at Police Station Furrukh Nagar, District Gurugram.

Vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

CRM-M-22514-2022 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Yogesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 14.03.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
